The actions of Darksaber's X-Wing Station is out of due respect for Star Wars™ and the X-Wing™ simulations, and a hope of keeping it competitive with the latest generation of space-combat simulations, NOT in an effort to compete with the financial efforts and gains or copyrights of LucasFilm, Ltd and its subsidiaries.

Darksaber's X-Wing Station website is operated by Tony Denton.  It is based on the LucasArts games X-Wing®, TIE Fighter™, X-Wing vs. Tie Fighter™ , Balance of Power™ and X-Wing Alliance™.

LucasArts is no way affiliated with this site or myself. Nor do they endorse it.  The copyright of all images, names etc, other than the names, images from LEC or other respected Author(s) belong to Tony Denton.

This software is provided 'as-is', without any express or implied warranty. In no event shall the authors or its creator be liable for special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use this software.
