| Escape
from Echo Base
Story: Activate the emergency
generators in order to allow the rebels to escape.
Overview/Objective: Run
around on foot, activate the emergency generators, shoot
anything that gets in your way, and destroy the AT-ST
Boss near the end of stage 2.
Stage 1: Shoot all the
storm troopers you encounter. Some boxes have items
in them, so be sure to destroy them all. You can kill
the large monsters with alot of blaster shots or about
2 seeker missiles. Get to the elevator that leads to
the next stage.
Easiest View (in my opinion):
First person.
Challenge Point 1: If
you take the corridor immediately on your right when
you see the Millenium Falcon, you will come to a door.
Inside the room behind the door you will see a room
with a red cylinder in it. Just opposite from the cylinder
is a secret wall. Activate it using the R button. The
wall will open up revealing this challenge point and
a full health pack.
Challenge Point 2: Continue
out of the room with the red cylinder. As you go down
the hallway, you will see 4 boxes stacked up on your
right. Shoot them all. Behind them is a small room with
this challenge point and two 20 health packs.
Challenge Point 3: Continue
going down the corridor you were in before you got challenge
point 2. Take a right at the first junction. Continue
going along the corridor until you come to a bridge.
Before you cross the bridge, jump or walk off to a ledge
on your right. The challenge point is on the ledge along
with a seeker ammo pack.
Challenge Point 4: Cross
the bridge and go through the dark section. As soon
as you emerge from the dark section, go to your right.
Follow the ledge across to this challenge point and
a seeker ammo pack.
Stage 2: Activate the
generators and escape to the elevator the leads to the
next stage.
Easiest View (in my opinion):
First person.
Challenge Point 5: Instead
of climbing up the ramp that you first come to, go to
the right and jump into the structure. Walk around the
large cog until you find this challenge point and a
5 health pack. (There is no challenge point in the structure
on the left... only a 5 health pack)
Challenge Point 6: Climb
the ramp and go straight until you see an extra life
icon. Jump across the chasm to get it. Turn around and
the challenge point will be right in front of you along
with a 20 health pack.
Challenge Point 7: This
challenge point (along with an extra life icon, a 20
health pack, and a seeker ammo pack) is on the floor
of the giant cog structure on your left after the generator
room. You need to jump off the bridge in order to get
into this structure.
Challenge Point 8: This
challenge point (along with an extra life icon and a
20 health pack) is on the floor of the giant cog structure
on your right after the generator room. You can either
jump off the bridge or jump across from the challenge
point 7 area to get into this structure.
NOTE: to get back without
losing a life, you can jump onto platforms around the
edge of the challenge point 7 area, then jump back onto
the bridge from the highest platform.
Challenge Point 9: When
you get to the section where the ground splits, go to
the left side of the moving chasm and STAND STILL at
the beginning. After a couple of seconds, the challenge
point will be revealed from behind the wall in front
of you. (An extra life icon will emerge from the wall
on the right side of the chasm after a few more seconds.
If you're feeling brave, you can get it and make it
to the end of the chasm with just enough time.
FOR TIPS ON BEATING THE
AT-ST, SEE THE BOSSES SECTION.
Extra: There is an extra
life icon in a large box in one of the corners of the
room with the AT-ST.
Challenge Point 10: After
you kill the AT-ST, there will be a corridor with 4
boxes stacked up on your right. Shoot them and go down
the corridor behind them and kill the monster. The challenge
point is on a ledge across the chasm. Stand at the back
of the light blue section of ground (the lower section)
and run and jump across to the challenge point. |

the salvation plant at the far end of the junkyard.
Get to the head of the main train so the autobrake can
be shut off and the train can break through the door
leading to IG-88.
Overview/Objective:>
Ride the trains, and get to the head train without falling
off or being killed!
Stage 1: Jump over the
low bars, duck under the high bars, shoot anything that
gets in your way, and make your way to the head train.
You can turn off the red-laser walls by shooting the
generators on the side of them.
Easiest View (in my opinion):
Third person.
Challenge Point 1: When
you first start out, the challenge point will come above
you in the center of the train. (Jump to get it)
Challenge Point 2: This
challenge point is towards the left side of the train
above the first bar you see. (Jump over the bar and
get it)
Challenge Point 3: About
4 bars after challenge point 2, the train will turn
to the left. The challenge point is towards the right
side of the train above a bar. (Jump over the bar and
get it)
Extra: There is an extra
life icon on the train that comes to the right.
Challenge Point 4: After
the skeleton comes on a train on your left, a train
with a boxcar will be on the left. The challenge point
is inside the boxcar.
Extra: There is an extra
life icon on the second train the comes in front of
the train with challenge point 4.
Challenge Point 5: Shortly
after the left train goes down into the mud, you will
start to go uphill. Watch closely. The challenge point
will come above you in the center of the train as the
train goes through an opening in the wall.. (Jump to
get it)
Challenge Point 6: A
train on the left with many boxcars will merge with
you. This challenge point is in the air in the third
boxcar. (Jump to get it)

the air between the third and fourth boxcars. Go to
the boxcar with the ramp, climb up onto the roof, and
go back to get it.

life icon in the air above the second boxcar with a
ramp. (From challenge point 7, jump across to the next
boxcar)
Challenge Point 8: In
the air above a small ledge in the last boxcar on the
train. (Jump onto the small ledge, then jump straight
up to get it)
Extra: There is an extra
life icon on the last section of the train that joins
you after challenge point 8.
Challenge Point 9: Just
before you jump onto the last train, there is a challenge
point on the boxcar around to the right.
FOR TIPS ON BEATING IG-88,
SEE THE BOSSES SECTION
Challenge Point 10: At
the top of the garbage heap where IG-88 is first standing.
Extra: Climb up to where
the cylinders are, and run across to the other side
of the junkyard. In the leftmost corrner room you will
find a flamethrower ammo pack.
Challenge Point 11: Inside
one of the cylinders with fire at the bottom. (Drop
down into the cylinder to get it)

| Gall
Spaceport
Story: Find Boba Fett
in the Zhar system. You suspect he is on the imperial
moon base gall.
Overview/Objective: Run
around on foot, shoot anything in your path, and use
the jetpack to fly through the canyons.
Stage 1: Get to the observation
tower to find out the exact location of Boba Fett's
hangar. Then jetpack across the chasm.
Easiest View (in my opinion):
First person.
Challenge Point 1: On
top of the ship. Use the nearby rock to get on top of
the ship.
Challenge Point 2: As
you are going around the ledge of the cavern there will
be a branch off to your right. The challenge point is
on top of the rock structure that you will come to.
You need to jump off the path onto some step-like rocks
that will lead to the top where the challenge point
is.
Challenge Point 3: After
you activate the large door, you will be indoors. Keep
moving and you will reach a section with bridges. You
will see the challenge point floating in the air. You
need to climb up to the highest bridge and jump off
at the correct spot to get the challenge point and land
on a lower bridge. (It will probably take you a few
tries)
Extra: There is an extra
life icon way down below the bridges. You can't get
it without dying unless you get the jetpac and come
back. (The jetpack can also be used to get this challenge
point very easily)
Challenge Point 4: This
challenge point is on the roof of the observation tower
along with a 20 health pack and a pulse cannon ammo
pack. (You need to use the jetpack to get to it)
Challenge Point 5: After
you jetpack to the first rock in the canyon, there will
be another rock on your right hand side. Far above the
rock is this challenge point. You have just enough jetpack
fuel to get to it and land on the rock safely. (You
may need to shut off your jetpack after you get it in
order to fall quicker... but don't forget to turn it
back on!)
Stage 2: Get to Boba
Fett and fight him (and a ship afterwards)
Easiest View (in my opinion):
Third person.
Challenge Point 6: When
you come to the cave with the automatic transport ship,
jetpack down into the chasm. There is a hidden room
down there with this challenge point and a full health
pack.
Challenge Point 7: Before
you activate the automatic transport ship, go out to
the mouth of the cave and jetpack out of the cave upwards
and to the left. There is a ledge with this challenge
point and 2 seeker ammo packs.
Challenge Point 8: After
you use the automatic transport ship, before you enter
the hangar, jetpack all the way across the canyon to
a ledge that has this challenge point and a pulse cannon
ammo pack. (You can just barely make it with enough
jetpack fuel)
FOR TIPS ON BEATING THE
AT-ST, SEE THE BOSSES SECTION
Challenge Point 9: After
you kill the AT-ST, a panel will open revealing this
challenge point.
Challenge Point 10: Once
you enter the shafts with the spinning blades, there
is a drop where you must pass by three horizontal spinning
fans. The challenge point is between the second and
third fan on the way down. (If you miss it, you can
jetpack back up to get it)
Challenge Point 11: Just
after you pass through the last of the spinning fans,
you will go into an open cavern with a lot of 5 health
packs. The challenge point is just above you to your
left. (Use the jetpack)
Challenge Point 12: When
you take the second automatic transport ship across
the canyon, this challenge point will be straight above
you along the way. (Jump to get it)
Challenge Point 13: When
you enter the room with the imperial freighter ship,
this challenge point is above it.
Challenge Point 14: When
you go to fight Boba Fett, jetpack down out of the arena
and land on the level of the arena just above the canyon
floor. Run around it until you find this challenge point.
Challenge Point 15: Jetpack
down from challenge point 14 to the canyon floor below.
If you run around the arena you will eventually come
to a point where you can drop down lower. Use the jetpack
to fly down there to a closed hangar door. In front
of the door will be this challenge point and an extra
life icon.

Story: Kill the swoop
gang members before they get to Luke Skywalker who is
staying at Obi Wan's hut.
Overview/Objective: Ride
on a speeder bike and make the enemy gang members crash.
Stage 1: Make all 10
enemy gang members crash.
Easiest View (in my opinion):
First person.
Challenge Point 1: When
you get to the first ramp, you will see an extra life
up ahead of it. The challenge point is on a raised ledge
to the right just after the first ramp. You will need
to launch yourself from the ramp at a slight angle and
pull back on the joystick so your top will raise up
and you can get on the ledge. (It takes a bit of practice)
Extra: To get the extra
life, get on the ledge with challenge point 1 straight
across from the extra life icon and go full speed ahead
and pull back on the joystick. You should hop onto the
canopy and get the extra life.
Challenge Point 2: After
you get challenge point 1, stay to your left. You will
go around a crashed ship. The challenge point is around
the left side of the ship.
Challenge Point 3: Launch
yourself straight off the next ramp you see (remember
to pull back on the joystick). This challenge point
is in the air straight in front of the ramp.
Challenge Point 4: Go
back and launch yourself off the ramp that you used
to get challenge point 3 at an angle (like challenge
point 1) This challenge point is on a raised ledge to
the right just after the ramp.
Challenge Point 5: Just
before you pass through a tunnel, this challenge point
is in a corner of the large building on the right.
Challenge Point 6: At
the large building where you got challenge point 5,
go behind the counter and go left into the small corner.
This challenge point is there.
Challenge Point 7: Before
you get to where the shuttle takes off, you will see
a dark red structure ahead. Before you get to it, this
challenge point is in a small nook on the left.
Challenge Point 8: Shortly
after you get challenge point 7, you will come to another
large building with a counter. This challenge point
is in the corner behind the counter. (same location
as challenge point 6)
Challenge Point 9: When
you exit the town, take a sharp left. This challenge
point is in a small area around to the left of the town
exit.
Challenge Point 10: As
you ride in the desert, you will come to a Sarlacc pit.
This challenge point is over the Sarlacc pit over the
far edge.
Challenge Point 11: Over
the far edge of the second Sarlacc pit that you come
to.
Challenge Point 12: This
challenge point is in Beggar's Canyon (near the end)
on the top of the second wall with a small tunnel through
it. You need to ride the ramps on either side before
the tunnel, then just turn and ride on top of the tunnel
to get it.

freighter carrying secret Imperial construction plans.
Overview/Objective: Shoot
anything in your path, and defeat the loader droid who
is the last thing that guards the super computer with
the imperial construction plans.
Stage 1: Make your way
through the doors that automatically open and close
that lead to stage 2.
Easiest View (in my opinion):
First person.
Challenge Point 1: When
you go through the first door, this challenge point
is in a room to your left.
Challenge Point 2: After
you go past some stormtrooper barracks you will come
to a point where you must turn right or left. The challenge
point is on the right.
Stage 2: Make your way
through the spinning cogs and across the spinning platforms
to the elevator that leads to stage 3.
Easiest View (in my opinion):
First person.
Challenge Point 3: When
you pass by the second set of double revolving cogs,
go all the way around cog on the left. The challenge
point is in the corner.
Extra: There is an extra
life icon in the 4th set of cogs. Just go all the way
around the cog on the right.
Challenge Point 4: After
the 4th set of revolving cogs, (the last set) this challenge
point is on top of a ledge to the right. Jump onto the
ledge to get it.
Challenge Point 5: </B>When
you see two spinning platforms, get on the one on the
right-hand side. You need to duck under the high bar,
jump over the low bar, and get off on the other side
onto a white structure for this challenge point.
Challenge Point 6: </B>Same
as challenge point 5, on the white structure on the
left-hand side.
Stage 3: Defeat the Loader
Droid who is guarding the super computer.
Easiest View (in my opinion):
First person.
Challenge Point 7: When
you first enter the room with 3 floors and many doors,
this challenge point is on the second floor, first door
on the right. (You will need to shoot certain boxes
in order to make steps up to the next level, then open
the door with the switch on the wall) (There is also
a disruptor ammo pack in this room)
Challenge Point 8: In
the room on the second floor, third door on the left.
This challenge point is in a box.
Challenge Point 9: On
the third floor, when you cross the bridge over to the
other side, this challenge point is in a box behind
the second door.

| Sewers
of Imperial City
Story: Go through the
sewers and find the entrance to Xizor's Palace.
Overview/Objective: Shoot
everything, swim, jetpack, and defeat the giant dianoga
at the end.
Stage 1: Make your way
through the pipes, find the security key, deactivate
the force fields, start some gears moving, and kill
the giant dionaga. (Sould like alot?... It is)
Easiest View (in my opinion):
First person.
Challenge Point 1: As
you go down the corridor, you will take a left, then
a right. Shortly after this, you will see a small niche
on your left. There is a secret door here. Open it,
kill the guard, and take the challenge point.
Challenge Point 2: As
soon as you can dive underwater, this challenge point
is just under the small island on your left. (underwater)
Challenge Point 3: After
you enter the open pipe that leads to a circular room.
Underwater, there are 2 switches. Activate them and
a door will open just between them. The challenge point
is there along with an extra life icon.
Challenge Point 4: After
you get challenge point 3, fly straight up. About 3/4
of the way to the top, you will see a pipe. Follow this
pipe to the end and fly all the way up. You should see
a square corridor at the top. Go down the dark hallway
and turn left. You will see this challenge point a short
ways ahead.
Challenge Point 5: After
you get challenge point 4, go back down the hallway
and jetpack about halfway down the air shaft. If you
look, you will see another square corridor that leads
to another air shaft. If you jetpack all the way down
to the bottom, you will see a pipe. The pipe dead-ends
shortly, but this challenge point is right at the end.
(You could see this challenge point from the large room
with challenge point 2)
Extra: To get the security
key: fly all the way up the shaft just before challenge
point 5. Kill the guards, and go forward. You will then
need to go down. Go all the way to the bottom and into
the pipe there. After you come out the other side of
the pipe, the security key will be in the room. Get
it and a grate will open in the pipe you just passed
through which is a quick route to the door you will
use the security key on.
Challenge Point 6: After
you open the security door and go through it, you will
be underwater. Kill the Dianoga and swim down and to
the left. This challenge point is on the floor when
you reach a dead-end.
Challenge Point 7: Challenge
Point 7: When you get into the room with the spinning
arm, this challenge point is up near the ceiling in
the center of the room on the opposite side of the exit.
(Fly around, you can't miss it)
Challenge Point 8: Challenge
Point 8: You should come to another circular room. This
challenge point is in an opening underwater in the center
of the room along with a disruptor ammo pack.
Extra: To get the Force
Field deactivator, flip the two switches above the water
and go into the door that will open.
Extra: To get the gears
moving, jetpack into the opening above the path to the
gears, flip the switch, and jetpack back out. Then jetpack
into the opening on the ceiling above the path to the
gears and flip the switch.
Challenge Point 9: After
you go through the gears and through a door, stay to
your right. As you are going, this challenge point will
be in a small alcove on your left.

| Xizor's
Palace
Story: Now that you are
in the palace, try to cut off the Skyhook space fortress
from the palace.
Overview/Objective: Blow
up the elevator that connects Xizor's palace to the
skyhook by placing explosives at certain locations.
Stage 1: Shoot all the
enemies in your way, use the jetpack when necessary,
and activate and cross two bridges that will lead you
to stage 2.
Easiest View (in my opinion):
First person.
Challenge Point 1: When
you pass through an automatic door, you will be in a
room with 2 levels. On the second level you will find
a switch. When you activate the switch, a door will
open directly behind you. The challenge point is inside.
(This door closes very quickly, so turn around fast!)
Challenge Point 2: As
soon as you reach the first elevator, get inside but
don't activate the switch. Instead, jetpack up to the
upper switch and activate it. This will allow you to
jetpack down to the bottom of the elevator shaft. At
the bottom, you will find this challenge point, an extra
life icon, and a disruptor ammo pack.
Challenge Point 3: When
you cross the second bridge, just before the end, jetpack
off and fly around to the right. There will be a window
with a guard inside. Also inside, you will find this
challenge point, a stunner ammo pack, a pulse cannon
ammo pack, and a bunch of 5 health packs.
Stage 2: Make your way
to the central elevator shaft where you will place explosives
at certain locations then escape to fight the Gladiator
droid.
Easiest View (in my opinion):
First person.
Challenge Point 4: After
you activate the first switch, go back into the elevator
and jetpack up to the top. You will find a small area
with this challenge point and a disruptor ammo pack.
Challenge Point 5: You
will come to a section with three cogs. When you get
to the slowest moving cog (the second cog), jetpack
down instead of running past it. When you get to the
ground, you should see this challenge point as well
as a full health pack.
Challenge Point 6: There
is a secret door directly behind challenge point 5.
This will lead down a hallway and open up into an area
where you can fly up and get this challenge point. (This
challenge point is the one that you may have seen outside
the window at the beginning of this stage) NOTE: It
is not easy to get out of the area with challenge points
5 and 6 easily... you can either jetpack up slowly and
avoid the cogs, or sacrifice a life.
Challenge Point 7: When
you get to the section where you run along side of the
large cogs on a ledge, jetpack down to the ground. Ahead
on your right, you will see this challenge point along
with a 20 health pack, and a 5 health pack.
Challenge Point 8: In
the large circular room where you need to activate all
the green switches, there is a small window in the center
structure just below the lowest platform. Jetpack all
the way down to the ground, then fly up and look around
for it. Inside is this challenge point and a pulse cannon
ammo pack.
Challenge Point 9: On
the lowest platform, if you walk around behind the green
switch you need to activate, one of the dead-end paths
will be a secret door that you can open. Inside will
be this challenge point and a 5 health pack.
Challenge Point 10: When
you reach the next bridge, instead of taking it through
the open door, take it the other way to the end. When
you reach the end, you will be at a secret door that
you can open. Behind the door, you will find this challenge
point, as well as a disruptor ammo pack, and a full
health pack.

| Skyhook
Battle
Story: The final battle
takes place at Xizor's Skyhook. Dash needs to destroy
the imperial fleet, make way into the Skyhook's reactor,
destroy the core, and make it out in one piece.
Overview/Objective: Destroy
as many TIE Fighters and Star Vipers as possible before
you get to the Skyhook, then destroy the turrets on
each arm of the Skyhook, then destroy the core inside
the Skyhook's reactor.
Section 1: Shoot TIE
Fighters and Star Vipers until you reach the Skyhook.
Easiest View (in my opinion):
First person.
There are no challenge
points in this mission
Section 2: Destroy the
4 turrets at the end of each of the arms of the Skyhook.
When you get close to a turret, hold down your brakes,
while shooting missles and lasers at it. The turrets
constantly repair themselves (except when you destroy
them), so make all your shots count!
Easiest View (in my opinion):
First person
There are no challenge
points in this mission
Section 3: Fly INTO the
arms of the Skyhook where you shot the turrets and destroy
the reactor core. Enter one of the 4 tunnels from the
hole that opened up when you destroyed the turret. Manuver
your way to the core and fire at the blue section with
your missles. If you don't see a blue section, then
you need to enter from a different arm of the Skyhook.
Once you unload your missles, do not try to turn around.
Fly out a different arm of the Skyhook and come back
for another pass. Once you destroy the core, fly out
one of the arms as quickly as you can...
Easiest View (in my opinion):
First person.
There are no challenge
points in this mission

| Prizes
for completing the game with all the challenge points
On
the Easy difficulty setting
Leebo Scanner - In the
Doom-style levels, if you hold down the camera button
for 5 seconds, a special map showing all enemies, items,
etc... will come up.
On
the Medium difficulty setting
X-Wing & TIE fighter
- In the Skyhook battle (Mission 10), hold down the
camera button, and your ship will change from the Outrider
to an X-Wing. Hold down the camera button again, and
your ship will change into a TIE Fighter. Each ship
feels a bit different to fly and has different weapons.
On
the Hard difficulty setting
Invincibility & Infinite
Weapons & Ammo - In the Doom-style levels, if you
hold down the crouch button for 15 seconds, you will
get invincibility and 100 ammo for every weapon.
On
the Jedi difficulty setting
Friendly Wampas - The
Wampas on the Doom-style levels will now follow you
and kill your enemies. (Kind of a lame prize for the
amount of work you have to put in to get it)
Prizes
are not transferrable
If you beat the game
on Medium (for example), your prize is only good when
you play that particular game again. The prizes do not
work in other games. (which is a definite bummer!)

If you're playing on
easy, it's simple. Go get the invincibility, then run
under it and blast straight up. If you're not on easy,
there are two ways. One is to run around behind it and
shoot upwards. When it turns around, just run around
behind it again. You won't take much damage if you touch
the legs, just don't get shot! The other way is to climb
up onto the boxes and onto the ledge. This puts you
at the same level as it's upper body. Shots to the upper
body do the most damage, so blast away. Seekers do the
most damage.
IG-88
When you first get here,
you need to start running. After you have picked up
the challenge points, climb up as high as you can. This
way he won't be shooting down at you. He will jump up
to your level. Blast him with a few seekers when he
jumps over to you, then run away and pick up health
and ammo. Repeat this hit and run process for an easy
kill. If you are more impatient, just let him jump next
to you and trade your point-blank seekers for his pulse
cannon. You might lose a life, but it's quick.
Boba
Fett
When you hear him fire
the seeker, just run or jump to avoid getting hit. What
I found easiest was to stay on the ground, and shoot
up at him with the normal blaster, (or pulse cannon)
and when he comes down, try to get close to him so you
can blast him a bit more at point-blank range, then
jetpack around and pick up necessary health and ammo.
Then get back on the ground and repeat the process.
You can take a break from fighting him, go pick up the
challenge points and extra items that are outside the
arena, then come back to finish the fight. Bobes is
pretty patient.
Slave
1 (The ship after Boba Fett)
It's nice to have alot
of seekers or pulse cannon ammo stored up for this.
There are two easy ways to defeat this. From the ground
or at the top. If you stay on the ground, make sure
you stay in the lower square section in the center of
the arena, get behind Slave 1, and fire upwards at it.
Blast it with seekers and pulse cannon shots and it
will go down pretty fast. (Flamethrower will work nice
also, but you need to be close) Alternately, if you
fly up to the top quickly, you can aim down at it as
it comes up to you and blast it the entire time. (When
it gets to the top, jetpack all the way down and repeat
the process) If you are out of special weapons, your
shots need to be more precise in order to do damage.
In this case, I would recommend that you fly up to the
top, shoot at it until it comes level with you, then
take a few last shots before you fly down to repeat
the process.
Loader
Droid
The easiest way I found
to defeat the loader droid is to use a multiplayer Doom/Duke/Quake
technique called circle-strafing. What you do is basically
always face the droid as you circle around it. (and
of course shoot it!) It doesn't matter what weapon you
use, because you shouldn't get hit at all if you do
this correctly. If you hold the R button down, you will
move without turning. So face the droid, shoot at him,
hold the R button down, slide to the side, then let
go of the R button, turn to face him, shoot him, hold
down the R button, slide more to the side, let go, shoot,
etc... Since the droid will always follow you, you just
keep sliding circles around him and shoot. Since you
will hardly ever stop moving, you shouldn't ever get
hit. (This technique might take a bit of practice, but
once you learn it, try it out on your friends in multiplayer
Quake. It's much easier with a keys to slide and the
mouse to turn!)
Giant
Dionaga
The object is to shoot
the dark red tentacle with the eye on the end. After
you shoot it a bit, it will jump around. If you shoot
the regular tentacles, they will just regenerate, so
you should only shoot them when they come near you.
The easiest way to defeat this boss is to use the pulse
cannon or regular blasters on the eye-tentacle. Stay
in the center of the beast just above the mouth and
use the Z-button to aim around and hit the eye-tentacle.
(Make sure you don't fall into the mouth!) If the eye-tentacle
goes up too high for you to hit it, swim up higher,
but stay in the center.
Gladiator
Droid
Part
1 (The whole droid) Use the third person OVERHEAD
view. Just stay behind the droid and shoot him. You
can't take damage from touching the droid so run right
up against him and when he turns, just run around behind
him. You should never get hit, so just use the normal
blaster and save your weapons for the next parts.
Part
2 (The upper body) The easiest way to defeat
this part is to stay on the center panel, jump up (or
jetpack up) and hit it with a few well placed disruptor
shots (or a bunch of seekers). Jumping at the right
time will avoid some of hit shots (but not all), and
be sure to jetpack out of the way when he fires his
seekers at you.
Part
3 (The head) The easiest way to defeat the head
is to get down on the ground DIRECTLY beneath the head,
use the Z-button to aim straight up at it, and blast
it with the flamethrower. If you are out of flamethrower,
a few well placed disruptor shots from farther away
will also do the trick. If all else fails, just get
beneath it, fire anything you've got straight up at
it, and hope you kill it before it takes all your lives
away. (Even with no weapons, you should be able to kill
it only losing a few lives) |
